Greater Than Games, LLC ships on regular business days via FedEx. Shipping is calculated by FedEx based on distance from the Greater Than Games warehouse, and is paid by the purchaser. Items purchased from Greater Than Games, LLC are made pursuant to a shipment contract. To the extent permitted by law, the risk of loss and title for such items shipped passes to the purchaser upon delivery to the carrier.
Our warehouse requires 24 hours for order processing in addition to shipping time. International and military orders may experience additional processing delays. Shipments may be subject to customs fees and import duties; such charges are the responsibility of the purchaser.
Please note that FedEx cannot ship to PO Boxes.
Any orders containing preorder or back ordered items will be shipped once all items are in stock.
Return / Cancellation Policy
Orders may be cancelled up to 2 hours after they are placed. Online credit card orders may be charged immediately.
Unopened games in their original condition may be returned within 30 days for a full refund on the price of the item. Returned games are shipped at the returner’s expense. Opened games as well as individual cards or decks cannot be returned.
